Pokémon TCG 30th Celebration UK Guide: Release Date, Products and What Collectors Should Watch
Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration is a special anniversary expansion marking 30 years of the Pokémon Trading Card Game. This 3 September 2026 update covers the confirmed worldwide launch, pack contents, and the range The Slab Arena currently lists.
If you collect sealed Pokémon TCG products in the UK, treat the date as a launch window, not a warehouse promise. The Slab Arena’s confirmed listings are live with VAT-inclusive prices and are currently out of stock while allocations are confirmed.
What is Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration?
Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration is a special anniversary expansion created to mark 30 years of the Pokémon Trading Card Game. It is the first simultaneous global TCG expansion launch, due at participating retailers worldwide on Wednesday 16 September 2026.
Confirmed collector details: every card in the expansion is foil; the set introduces a Futuristic rare illustrated by YOSHIROTTEN; and there are 30 different Pikachu cards. Those points are confirmed. Do not treat them as a full checklist.
Each English booster pack contains five foil cards, including one of the 30 Pikachu, plus one foil Basic Energy, plus a Pokémon TCG Live code.
Thirty classic cards return — examples include Base Set Charizard and Pikachu & Zekrom-GX. They are not Standard-legal. They are legal in formats that allow the original prints.

When does Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration release in the UK?
The physical expansion launches at participating retailers worldwide on Wednesday 16 September 2026. Pokémon TCG Live access begins the day before, at 6 p.m. BST on 15 September 2026.
A launch date is not a promise that every listing will be in a warehouse on that morning. Later official waves exist through autumn 2026, including October–November products on Pokémon’s showcase. We do not list SKUs we do not sell.

The Slab Arena’s confirmed 30th Celebration range
The Slab Arena lists ten SKUs on the Pokémon 30th Celebration hub. Prices are VAT-inclusive and live. Listings are currently out of stock — that is allocation, not a tease. Product pages show contents, price and availability. We are not duplicating the hub table here.
Official later waves exist through autumn 2026. Those October–November products appear on Pokémon’s showcase. They are not The Slab Arena listings unless we add them later.
Should you open it or keep it sealed?
There is no single right answer. If you want to build the set, opening product is the route to the all-foil cards and the 30 Pikachu. If you want display value, sealed products on the hub are the listings to watch. Decide the goal first; a date on a page is not a reason to overpay.
Collector note: binder set, Pikachu subset and sealed display are different buying plans. The Slab Arena’s current listings are out of stock until allocation lands.
Will 30th Celebration be hard to buy?
Anniversary demand can be busy. Pokémon has said it is working to print more product for future expansions. That does not mean every SKU will be easy on day one.
Use a trusted retailer. The Slab Arena’s current listings are out of stock while allocations are confirmed. If you miss the first wave, later official waves exist through autumn 2026 — we still only list what we sell.
What should The Slab Arena readers do next?
Check the 30th Celebration hub for the ten confirmed SKUs, live VAT-inclusive prices, and stock status on each product page. We will update this guide when Pokémon publishes an official English checklist. Until then, there is no complete English list to copy.
